Buddy Love or Hate?

I must apologise for my recent hiatus. I have been travelling, and as a result had no Melbourne gossip to report back on, but I am having my sources fill me in very thoroughly and will be blogging much more shortly. Just quickly, former girlfriend of Lance "Buddy" Franklin, Alana De Freitas, has found herself the centre of a smear campaign that has been steadily growing since her time with the Hawks' gun. It has accelerated from catty swipes on a multitude of forums to a number of fake profiles of her popping up on networking sites such as Facebook, AdultMatchmaker.com, Christiansonline, Hookmeup, etc propositioning men, sending abusive emails, and generally trying to cause trouble in, what appears to be an attempt to tarnish her reputation. Whoever is responsible has even gone so far as to circulate an email with the links to these sites, with the subject line "Buddy's Ex Turns to Internet Dating". Still no word on the culprit, but will keep you posted. Gotta run! xxx

Ruddy-faced

In conversation out one night, an acquaintance of mine mentioned he recentky had his Facebook profile deleted. When I asked what terms he had violated, he was at a loss. The only thing he could think of was that he had been at a private event where Kevin Rudd was in attendance, the night wore on and in the early hours of the morning my acquaintance asked for a happy snap with the Prime Minister. The shot turned out to be quite a laugh in the light of day with a very drunken Kev bleary-eyed, wine in hand, and down the front of his shirt. My source posted the snap as his profile picture, and BANG, within 24hrs his account was kaput. Coincidence???

Oh Brother!

Big Brother beauty Susannah has been told her career would benefit from dumping her current squeeze and taking up with an AFL player. And bless her soul, the bikini babe has turned her back on the advice and has remained happily with her Big Brother beau Thomas. We think, in a world where everybody is selling a story about something, her career would benefit from a Big Brother wedding, or better yet, some Big Brother babies! Surely she would get some coin and a double page spread in a tabloid for that!

I noticed it has never been revealed which teammate's house the recent AFL rape scandal took place at. I have it on good authority it was Jason's humble Port Melbourne abode. And hasn't he managed to fly below the radar in this whole mess? I wonder what info he holds about that night...

Supermodel Rhys has recently split with his long-term girlfriend/fiancee. He has reportedly been hitting the clubs and wasting no time mourning the break-up, getting cosy with a number of lucky young ladies. My heart goes out to his ex, especially as she is reportedly up the duff! Watch this space...

Naomi's Lovelife

Some years ago, footballer Josh was at an event that Naomi also happened to be at. She was very forward in approaching him and asking him to come home with her. Apparently she is absolutley wild, and Josh regularly relives tales of his time with her. The next morning he was getting up to leave and she said he wasn't allowed to and that she was taking him out for breakfast, which he went along with. While out she was acting very coupley and introduced him to a friend they bumped into as her boyfriend. For many months after she would leave kinky voicemails on his phone. Cuckoo!

bingle bungle

Whilst sort of on the topic of Bingle, rumour has it her relationship with Clark had a rather sleazey beginning. Apparently she was involved in a threesome with him and Symonds, and then when Clark decided he wanted to try to make a serious go of things with her, Symonds lashed out calling Bingle a slut which caused a falling out with the teammates and tension in the squad which contributed to Symonds' wild antics.
